The Appearance and the Grades:
Qualification Required - The basic requisite that you must have is 10+2.
However, if you want to apply for the PG Air Hostess courses, then you
need to be at least a graduate. Furthermore, you should be fluent in
Hindi, English and any other foreign languages to be on the safer side.
- Age Limit
and the Status of Marriage - Though the limitations regarding the varies
from institute to institute, candidates within the age group of 17-26
years holds a crucial advantage. Speaking of the marital status, most of
the institutes prefer unmarried when it is for girls, whereas some
academies do not consider it as a distinguishing factor.
- Some institutes require some definite physical features like the minimum
height must be at least 5.2” or 157 cm and the weight of him/her must be
in proportion to it.
- Lastly, the
candidate must be medical fit in terms of proper medical reports whihc
should be current.
In behavioural aspects, the institutes most

- An amiable
personality - He/she must have a friendly approach and a pleasant
personality when dealing with anyone.

What’s with the Examination?
The examinations in case of all the airline
companies are conducted in 3 tiers:
- Written exam
- This will test your aptitude and reasoning. It is an MCQ, which comes in
with questions of multiple choice of answers.
Discussion or GD - The group discussion round is something critical in
assessment. GDs usually play a great part in sieving the candidates who
are better in arguments, presence of mind, leadership attribute and

The overall personality will be put into question here. And this is where
the final call comes. The candidates must be outspoken, good at
conversation and analytical. Here, if he/she is selected then the company
will send him/her for a training of 6 months.

these you’ll have to be 10+2 at the least:

- Bachelor of Hospitality and Travel Management
